The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to YuvaSkin Limited, trading as Amoréal.

Amoréal operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access, browse or use our website or purchase products from Amoréal.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or limit the availability of any product at any time, subject to applicable law.

Fragrance perception, intensity and longevity may vary depending on factors including dosage, fabric type, washing conditions, storage, personal sensitivity and individual scent perception.

We therefore cannot guarantee that fragrance performance will be identical for every customer or every use.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from Amoréal.

Your order is considered accepted once we confirm the order and successfully process your payment.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

- suspected fraud;
- unauthorized or declined payment;
- pricing or technical errors;
- stock availability issues;
- incorrect product information;
- unusually large quantities;
- suspected unauthorized resale activity; or
- other legitimate operational or legal reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Amoréal cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

Once an order has entered dispatch or has been handed to the delivery partner, changes to the delivery address may not always be possible.

Amoréal laundry fragrance products are intended for household laundry use only.

Products must be used in accordance with the usage instructions and safety information provided on the packaging.

Customers should:

- keep products out of reach of children and pets;
- not ingest the product;
- avoid contact with eyes;
- follow the recommended dosage and usage instructions;
- store products in accordance with the packaging instructions; and
- review ingredient and safety information before use.

In case of accidental eye contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

If irritation, sensitivity or another adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

Individual sensitivity to fragrances and ingredients may vary.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, ingredient information and usage instructions before using the product.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Our Services, including but not limited to the Amoréal name, brand identity, logos, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, website design, product descriptions and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to YuvaSkin Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal and non-commercial use only.

Unless expressly permitted by us in writing, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, display, download or create derivative works from Amoréal content.

The Amoréal name, logo, product names, designs and other brand identifiers may not be used without our prior written permission.

Shopify's trademarks and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing contained in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to any intellectual property belonging to YuvaSkin Limited, Amoréal, Shopify or any other third party except where expressly stated.

Amoréal is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Amoréal.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Amoréal, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Amoréal.
